Applications Opening Soon · LEADx Fellowship 2027

Think. Lead. Build Pakistan.

A five-day fellowship for young Pakistanis who want to lead with character, think with clarity and build careers that move the country forward.

About the Fellowship

More than a programme. A launchpad for Pakistan's next leaders.

LEADx Fellowship is the flagship youth programme of LEADx Pakistan. Every year we bring together young people from every province, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan, from big cities to small towns, for an intensive, hands-on experience in leadership, clear thinking and career readiness.

Fellows don't just attend sessions. They solve real Pakistani problems, from water scarcity and climate resilience to misinformation and unemployment, and leave with a social action project they lead in their own community.

The Five Pillars

What you'll master

Designed for Pakistan's realities: our classrooms, our job market, our communities and our challenges.

01

Leadership

Lead with character, from your classroom and mohalla to national platforms. Learn servant leadership in the spirit of Unity, Faith and Discipline.

  • Self-awareness & Khudi
  • Ethical leadership
  • Team building
  • Public speaking (Urdu & English)
02

Capacity Building

Practical skills that NGOs, startups and employers in Pakistan actually ask for, built through workshops instead of lectures.

  • Project management
  • Proposal & grant writing
  • Digital & AI tools
  • Volunteer mobilisation
03

Career Pathways

Find your direction and build a career that's yours, whether that's freelancing, a startup, the creator economy, social impact or studying abroad.

  • Freelancing & remote work
  • Startups & incubators
  • Personal branding
  • Scholarships & study abroad
  • CV, LinkedIn & interviews
04

Critical Thinking

Question smartly in an age of viral forwards. Separate fact from opinion, spot misinformation on WhatsApp and social media, and argue with evidence, not emotion.

  • Media & information literacy
  • Fact-checking
  • Structured debate
  • Pakistani case studies
05

Logic & Reasoning

Train an analytical mind. Break big problems into small parts, spot weak arguments, and make decisions you can explain. Practised on real challenges, not theory.

  • Analytical & verbal reasoning
  • Logical fallacies
  • Problem-solving frameworks
  • Data-driven decisions
